The Spirit of Lourican

What started off as an attempt to take a screenshot of a character face in Ogre Battle 64, turned into what resulted into a stunningly ghostly image of a woman looking up into the skies and pleading for something. Is this a sign? A message of some kind? Probably that I'm the worlds worst photographer, but hey, I love it.

Though so far, everyone I've shown it to sees it as just a blue blur.

It heavily reminds me of a character that won't be introduced until I get close to Kyuu's endgame, or a certain storyline where her appearance will be just right.

Bonus points if you can figure out what character this used to be, but I don't remember myself.
