The Final Mission: Moonbase?

In 2003, several citywide contests were held between every Academy, University, and School trying to create the "New Wave" of heroes to replace those lost in the Rikti War.

The objective for the "Technical Origin" of the student bodies, was to build a stealth capable spacecraft.

The prize was a paid contract, and jobs within Vanguard or Crey, both sponsors of the contest.

It ended with the winning team 'defecting' from the school, and launching toward the moon as they disappeared.

Searches have been held for the missing 'Faust' team, but have come up empty.

The latest effort to locate the missing students is being attempted by the only known 'survivor' of the incident, who is now a 25 year old hero by the name of Belle Barium.
